The IA-3154-2 is a 24 DPDT relays controller with a complete 6 contact support, featuring a wide range of wiring combinations, including both Random relay control and Differential Multiplexing.

The board is supported by Series-3000 rich controlling commands list, with an additional new command, for a single relays operation, with an on board “Break-before-Make” facility, to ensure NON Crossing signal or power operation.

Furthermore, the IA-3154-2 Relays Controller Board supports Daisy-Chain operation, including a buffered communication output port, enabling a massive quantity of boards being chained connected to a common host controller simultaneously, transparently and simply operated by the user.   

Intelligent Appliance is proud to announce on a new Fast Communication program, in regard to our IA-3000 Series of Relays, Analog and  Digital Controller boards .

Up to 4 additional Communication Rates are going to be added to the present and to the new IA-3000 Series modules, according to their COM facility method.

The RS-232 and RS-485 boards will support 38400, 57600 and 115200 bps in addition to their original list, while the USB boards will support the 230400 bps range, as well.
The IA-3000 Series Faster Communication Rate program will take effect on January 2010.

The IA-3308-U is an Industrial Relay Controller with a contact rating of 2Amp @ 30VDC.

The relays are wired for SPST use, but there is an option to use the NC (Normally Close) contact instead of the NO contact, on up to two relays.

The IA-3308-U is powered and controlled by its USB port, and is software compatible to the IA-3000 Series.

The default communication speed is 19200bps, to fit other IA-3000 Series modules, but it can be easily set to much higher speed values of up to 230400bps.

The new IA-3137-2 AC Power Control Module includes 16 Power Relays and 2 High Voltage, AC Digital Input channels.

The IA-3137-2 Relays handles up to 16 Amp at 240VAC line, while it's Digital Inputs handles AC lines in the range of 90 to 240VAC.

The new IA-3137-2 Power Control Module can be mounted up to 15 meters from it's PC Host computer, and it can be chained to additional IA-3000 Modules of Daisy-Chain kind, with up to 15 meters in between each of them.

New RTS feature has been added to the Intelligent Appliance, Series-3000 Software Support package. This free software utility is capable of time scheduling by Relay Control, in the range of one second to several years.

This RTS solution is  combined into the IA-3000 Series, configuration utility, and is set to control up to 4 relays, in 3 independent tasks each.

The new small USB Relay module, the IA-2104-U, is a low cost Power SPDT Relays Board, powered and controlled by any USB port, at a communication speed of up to 230400bps.

The Power Relays Contact Ratings are 8Amps, both for 30VDC, as well as for 240VAC.

The IA-2104-U is software compatible to the Intelligent Appliace Series-3000 products, and it includes an extra user defined settings.

The IA-2116-U provides both Normally Open and Normally Close channels, while the relays’ COMMON line is shared between 8 or 16 relays, to ease the wiring efforts.

The IA-2116-U Relays has a contact rating of 1 Amp. @ 30VDC on both ways, NO and NC, and is software compatible to other IA series items.

The new intelligent 64 Digital Input channels module, IA-3123-2, is a new Series IA-3000 compatible module, with several special features, as "Automatic Report" on input change, which means that polling is not a must. it has a special Mask option, to eliminate certain inputs activitiy per customer's will. It can operate relays of a different module that may be controlled through Fiber, Modem, Internet and so on, without the need of writing code, and without the need of a Host Computer!

The IA-3131-U can be easily controlled by IA-3000 programs and utilities without the need of any change or any modification.

IA-31XX-2 modules of RS-232 communication method, may be easily chained to this new module, being controlled through its single USB por, at a communication speed of up to 230400bpst.

The IA-3121-2 is a 32 output solid-state relay module, with a higher MTBF rating than any competing electromechanical relay based alternative.  This module offers unmatched reliability as it has over-voltage protection and is capable of operating with both resistive and inductive loads in applications that require a high rate of switching operations.

The IA-3121-2 module has a small foot print and was designed especially for use with inductive loads in switching-intensive applications.
